Pete and I worked yet another awesome wedding together last Saturday. Shannon & Dave were married at Cairnwood Mansion in Byn Athyn, PA. It was my first wedding at Cairnwood and I enjoyed working in such a historic space. After the wedding we headed into Philly to do some nighttime shots around the city.
Another HUGE thanks to Pete who hand held my umbrella because my bracket broke. Love ya baby!!!

Makeup by Laura Sample

I wish I knew the name of this company! What a cute setup and I did a little sampling and the food was great!

Another cute display by the above vendor. Too cute!

Art Museum at mid-night. It is creepy there at night. So quiet!
Here are some teasers from Erin and John’s wedding a few weeks ago. I have been so behind on my blogging! Huge thanks to Pete Malone for joining me on this day! Check out Pete’s blog to see his view of the day.
Here are a few samples from today’s Boudoir on a Budget. A huge thanks to Tricia and Jess for their awesome hair & make-up skills! The girls looked great! I have 3 slots left for next weeks session if anyone is interested! Here are a few teasers!
Thank you to Megan for taking advantage of the rewarding experience! Stay tuned for updates on our shopping spree on Saturday Dec. 6th!
Every holiday season Jesse and I talk about what we can do with our children to give back during the holiday season. It is very important to us that our children realize the importance of giving to others and that they appreciate the very blessed life they have. We try to involve them and make them a part of the charity process as much as possible.
This year is going to be a tough economic year for charities. Most people are going to have enough trouble providing their own families with a full and gift filled holiday season. So here is what I propose:
I will shoot one 2009 wedding this year for FREE! If one person out there is willing to donate $2,500 to split between my two favorite Charities Toys for Tots and CHOP’s Wish List this is what you will receive:
Feel Good Package Includes!
8 Hours of wedding day coverage
500 proofs unmarked yours to keep
Slideshow at wedding of photographers favorites
High resolution DVD of all edited images
Entire payment is due upfront, on day of booking. We ask that YOU join our family on a huge shopping spree and we will spend every cent of your money on toys for children in need this holiday season. There is nothing more rewarding than that! I love this deal because EVERYONE wins!
If you are interested email me at jennchildphoto@aol.com
First person to email me with a date I have free gets it!
One of my favorite things about my job is the AWESOME people I meet in the biz! I heard so much about the firecracker that is Erin Proud of Proud to Plan. She is wedding planner extraordinaire! I finally met her this summer at my great friend Pete Malone’s wedding and knew immediately we would be great friends! I liked her so much I hired her to coordinate my best friends wedding in Dec 09! Erin is truly one of the best planners in the area, anyone looking for a DOC or full coordination should consult with her, you won’t be disappointed!

We got in trouble standing in a 300 year old window, whoops!
Jen and Sean held a reception today for friends and family to celebrate their marriage. They were married in October on the beach in Hawaii!! (Lucky them!) This time they got to spend this special day with their daughter April. ……who by the way is a super cutie! Anywho, here are a few of my favorites!
Last Saturday I had the pleasure of shooting Kate & Shaun’s wedding! Katie is probably one of the most beautiful brides I have had all season! Both she and Shaun were so full of joy, they were just beaming! The reception was at the aways gorgeous Pen Ryn Mansion in Bensalem. A huge thanks to Pete Malone for second shooting, your pix are always amazing!
Now I will let the photos speak for themselves!
